Help send 50 girls back to school in Zimbabwe

Greetings Dear Friends of FAWEZI and Happy New Year!

FAWEZI as always is happy to give you a report on our progress since the last update shared in 2022. In our reports last year, we indicated that we only had two beneficiaries, one in Primary School and the other at a local Teacher’s College.  As we begin this year we will be contacting them to check their needs and strengthen our support with them.

FAWEZI is also looking to engage the Learner Welfare Departments under the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) and the Guidance and Counselling teachers to identify girls who need financial support.

We will commit to supporting girls with tuition fees and examination fees for Ordinary and Advanced level, depending on their vulnerabilities. Due to the continuous economic challenges faced by the families in our project areas, FAWEZI anticipates numerous requests for financial resources from girls and teen mothers. We implore you to continue to support our cause of supporting girls and teen mothers who are at risk of not completing school.

As an organization we remain grateful for all the support we have received from you all under this project we encourage you to share our request for support with potential donors.  As disadvantaged girls continue to look up to us for support, we in turn extend their request to you dear friends of FAWEZI.
