Emergency Medical Services - Business Performance

In the Dec 2015 the Aman Ambulance fleet responded to over 9500 emergency calls. Out of these more than 80% of emergency responses were to critical cases. This means that over 7300 emergency responses by the ambulance were for patients whose life was immediately at risk.

We successfully managed to maintain our response time close to international standards. This quarter our average response time was less than 10.8 min. Response time is calculated from the time the patient or their attendant calls for the ambulance till the time the ambulance crew starts its intervention at the site.
