“In the first quarter of 2015 (Jan 1 - Mar 31) the Aman Ambulance fleet responded to over 25,000 emergency calls. Out of these more than 40% of emergency responses were to critical cases. This means that over 10,000 emergency responses by the ambulance were for patients whose life was immediately at risk.
We successfully managed to maintain our response time close to international standards. This quarter our average response time was less than 10.6 min. Response time is calculated from the time the patient or their attendant calls for the ambulance till the time the ambulance crew starts its intervention at the site.
This quarter, the Aman Foundation added six new ambulance to its fleet to replace the older ambulances that had completed their productive life.
The client feedback for our ambulance showed a satisfaction rating of more than 90 % this quarter.”
