In the final quarter of 2014 (Oct 1 - Dec 31). The Aman Ambulance fleet responded to over 26,000 emergency calls. Out of these more than 80 % of these emergency responses were critical/life threatening, which suggests that over 20,000 emergency responses by the ambulance were to patients who's life was immediately at risk.
Our fleet of 65 ambulances provide service to the city of Karachi. A city of 20 million people managed. We successfully managed to maintain our response time close to international standards. This quarter our average response time was less than 10 min and 30 sec per emergency. Response time is calculated from the time the patient or their attendant calls for the ambulance till the time the ambulance crew starts it's intervetion at the site.
The client feedback for our ambulance showed a satisfaction rating of more than 90 % this quarter.
