Imagine being 13 years old and trying to decide what your future might look like.
Now imagine you have never met a woman working in science, technology, finance, politics, engineering or entrepreneurship. For millions of girls around the world, that is still the reality.
Recently, a girl who attended an Inspiring Girls session told us:
"Before today I thought only men could do jobs like this."
After meeting women working across different industries, her perspective changed.
"Now I think maybe I could do it too."
That moment - when a girl begins to see new possibilities - is why Inspiring Girls exists.
A Global Movement Built Together
As we enter our 10th anniversary year, we are reflecting on the incredible progress this global community has made together.
With your invaluable support, this movement has grown far beyond what we imagined when the campaign began in 2016.
Together we have reached over 250,000 girls and built a network of over 25,000 inspiring volunteer role models across 40 countries. Each of these numbers represents a girl whose world became a little bigger, and whose future possibilities expanded.
But the need remains enormous.
