Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA) Nepal, with the support of multiple donors carried out COVID-reponse program at Sankhuwasabha District successfully. ICA Nepal distributed several COVID-response equipment, such as masks, sanitizer, towel and soap to health posts and schools of Sankhuwasabha. Sankhuwasabha is a remote district in the country and there is fewer access of transportation. ICA Nepal team had walked for a day in the mountain to reach the community. School principal and hospital staff thanked ICA Nepal for coming a long way to educate the locality about the ongoing impact of COVID-19. The hospitality of the district was wonderful. It was found that there is a lack of general medical equipment in the clinic because of which many people are deprived of proper health facilities.
