Help Mary take her first steps

Thanks to the support of GlobalGiving, the Nabok family has been able to continue regular and comprehensive rehabilitation for their child. The rehabilitation program included physical therapy, massage, speech therapy, sensory integration, corrective and developmental sessions, and laser therapy. The combination of these different therapies was aimed at supporting the child’s physical development, communication skills, sensory processing, and overall well-being.

 According to the child’s mother, positive changes in the child’s physical and emotional condition have become noticeable after each rehabilitation course. The child has become more active and engaged in daily activities and shows greater interest in interacting with people around them. One of the important achievements has been the beginning of developing a pointing gesture, which is a significant step in the child’s communication development and ability to express needs and interests.

 The mother also notes an increase in the number of sounds the child produces, as well as improved interaction with others. Although these changes are gradual, they are very meaningful for the family and demonstrate the importance of regular rehabilitation and ongoing therapeutic support.
