Little 'L' needs an operation to put in grommets and have a bilateral myringotomy. She has had repeated ear infections. and been on so many antibiotics. The operation will ensure that she has no hearing loss and can sleep better.
Little "L', one of the orphaned and vulnerable children at Hearts of Hope, has had repeated ear infections throughout this year. She is at risk of hearing loss, has been missing school and sleeping really badly.
The Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon has said that if little "L' has a bilateral myringotomy and grommets put in, her hearing will improve. Her sleeping patterns will get better, she will be a healthy little girl and not miss any more school due to being continually ill. The ENT and Anesthetist have given their time for free, but we need to pay the hospital.
The operation will give one little girl a new lease on life with less sick days from school.
