Hurricane Fiona's trajectory through the Dominican Republic has increased the level of food insecurity in the affected areas of the East and Northeast Zones of the country. Our organization made effords to raise funds and help locally ans internationally to bring essential food tonas many people as possible Thanks to the help received, we were able to impact more than 4,000 families, to whom we delivered, during two consecutive month, boxes of food, containing rice, beans, pasta, milk, cereal, canned fish, etc
We appreciate the generosityof each donor who supported us through GlobalGiving, where we manage almost US$300.00, amount that made possible to provide food rich in nutrients and calories recommended for balanced diets to more than 150 children who lost their humble homes due to Hurricane Fiona
