Towards improvement of access to WASH

Dear donors,
At the outset, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued support and cooperation. Thanks to your generosity we have significantly improved the living standards of underserved people in rural areas of Tajikistan and are determined to continue these activities further.
At this moment, we are implementing a project on construction of a new toilet facility in the Secondary School 49 of Dashtiqozi Village in Panjakent District of Tajikistan. The project is almost completed and it will be commissioned soon, about which we will also update you. This initiative will improve the access of more than 600 students and teachers of the school directly and more than 3000 residents of the Dashtiqozi Village indirectly to WASH and thereby improve their health by preventing the spread of various infections emanating from anti-sanitary conditions, which is currently observed in the old toilet facility of the school.

Update on the current state of affairs

Dear Donors,
We would like to thank you for the continued support to our causes and apologize for the delay with reporting.
Since the funds we have mobilized so far for this project thanks to your generosity, is not yet significant, we are expecting to mobilize more in order to undertake another part of the hospital for renovation.
Our team recently visited the Devashtich District Central Hospital to monitor the situation of previously renovated units and get update about the current needs. The need for renovation in this hospital still remains huge and we believe we will be able to implement another round of activities to support the rural people with access to quality healthcare by improving their access to WASH and adequate physical infrastructure.
Please remain assured that your contributions are getting accumulated in our bank account and we will soon report to you about their targeted use.

Update on the project activities

Dear donors,
Distinguished friends,
We would like to avail this opportunity to offer our sincere gratitude to you for being with us, for choosing our cause among so many wonderful causes in this platform, and for your continuous support.
Since our projects are aimed at improving infrastructure, we were waiting ffor better tmes for construction to ensure high quality of construction/renovation works. In this regard, we have recently resumed discussion with benefeciary hospital in Panjakent District of Tajikistan to plan new activities for this summer.
We plan to support the construction and refurbishment of a health centre in Panjakent district with the support of GIZ Project on improvement of mother and child healthcare and Executive Authorities of Panjakent District. We are now expecting the approval of the new health centre construction by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Tajikistan. After the approval is obtained, we will start the design and construction activities jointly with other partners.
We hope we will be able to complete activities by the end of this year and commission a new health centre to serve the rural vulnerable population in remote areas of Tajikistan.
