WAVE provides free, intensive skills training for Nigerian youth in low-income communities. We teach them practical, market-ready skills in solar technology, customer service, virtual assistance, hospitality, social media management, and entrepreneurship. Our training focuses on what employers actually need, not theoretical knowledge. We then connect graduates directly to our network of employer partners and provide ongoing career support to ensure they stay on the job.
