New Mercy Nursery School is a non for profit community based organization registered with Kole district local government. It envision promotions of education system and good healthcare practice and uplifting the socio-economic growth and opportunities among the adolescent youth and young girls and orphans and Vulnerable children to enable lives a transformative, inclusive and resilient lives with limited barriers to basic needs.
The district is still crippled due to the atrocities and impunities of the Lord Resistance Army headed by Joseph Kong which involved forced abduction, rape, killing of innocent soul, looting of properties. This inhuman activities created fear and subsequently led to regional imbalances and economic disparities. It drastically affected education sector.
New Mercy has comes to provides school uniform, shoes, sock, Learning activities, out door activities, school meal and generally to restore hope ad offer counseling to the affected individuals.
Enrollment
we have enrolled a total of 150 orphans and Vulnerable children and they are the direct beneficiaries of the project. They are attending pre-primary and Primary school curriculums approved by the ministry of Education and Sport.
