"I didn't go to school because of financial problems, and now I go there to train teachers."
The success of an institute is not just gauged by the intellect of the student or the grades they receive. The true test is what the students embody as a whole and what it enables them to accomplish. Providing vocational training to an underserved community comes with a sword hanging above everyone's head. "
Help them dream, but manage expectations". It is through students such as Rahimoon, however, that we learn that dreams and expectation management run two divergent paths.
Rahimoon is currently a student at AMANTECH for the Automobile Trade. Currently there are only two levels that AMANTECH provides but he aims to complete 7 levels and aspires to do this abroad. By being a part of AMANTECH, and through soft and life skills training Rahimoon not only excels in his academics but is currently the founder and CEO of YOUTHMOBE.
Alongside his own venture he is also the Head of Training at a local institute in his locality. Automobile Repairer by day and a public speaker by passion and profession, Rahimoon is a force to be reckoned with. While a part of AMANTECH, he has trained 6000 children in different government schools and colleges where he teaches them things including emotional intelligence, teamwork and dreaming to reality.
He wishes to eventually find employment in his trade but also carries with it his social vision "To open a personal institute for poor people, who cannot afford education purpose and to share all I have learned with the rest of the world. To help others succeed so that, in turn, they could also share with those who need it the most."
Although Rahimoon belongs to a humble background, his goals and ambitions are symbolic of the kind of character that students from AMANTECH possess. We teach them to dream, and then we show how to execute them successfully
