The Sanuriro Batwa Community aims to empower, train, and educate the voiceless and forgotten forest dwellers knows as the Batwa in Agriculture, health, education, community development to name but a few, to enable better livelihoods. The project mainly focuses on supporting the Batwa who were displaced from Bwindi Impenetrable National park so as to conserve the Bwindi forest ecosystem. Further still, the other focus is to alleviate poverty.
