The main aim of our project "Help disabled children to get art classes" is to bring a miracle to 88 children of the orphanage 4 in Pavlovsk, St Petersburg. All of us, employees and volunteers of "Shag navstrechu", want to give orphans life they deserve.
Children in the orphanage 4 in Pavlovsk, St Petersburg don't get a lot of attention from the out world. They can feel abandoned, having no ways to express their feelings. That is why, every year "Shag Navstrechu" provide the orphans with art, music and theatre classes. Often the disease deprives them from the possibility of moving freely and from communication with other people, but still they are very talented and open-minded.
We cannot deliver them from all their diseases, but we can help them to open unlimited capabilities inside. That will help them to develop their skills, to help them to live a full live. The main aim of the project is to develop artistic skills of children through art, music and theatre classes. These classes will help children to express their talent, their emotions, to stabilize psychoemotional state of a child. It also helps children to avoid loneliness, to communicate with the world.
Art, music and theatre classes help children to master artistic skills, release negative emotions through art, define appropriate techniques. Art classes also help children with cerebral paralysis to control better their bodies through usage of painting tools. Music classes help to get positive emotions, which influence positively on psychosomatic and psycho-emotional processes. These classes attend children with different disorders including blindness.
