Tailoring Skills Creating Sustainable Livelihoods
The distribution of 10 sewing machines and start-up fabrics has enabled young tailors to begin their journey toward financial independence.
Development Alert’s support has transformed these individuals from unemployed youth into active entrepreneurs. Beneficiaries are now able to produce clothing, earn income, and support their families.
This initiative has also boosted confidence and provided a sense of purpose among participants.
Some have already begun training others, creating a ripple effect of skill development and economic empowerment. However, many more young people are in need of similar opportunities.
Continued donor support will allow Development Alert to expand this program and empower more individuals with practical skills and resources.
