Improving Quality of Life for the Elderly Through Targeted Support
Development Alert remains committed to supporting elderly individuals who are often overlooked and underserved. Over 100 elderly people have received assistance in the form of food, basic necessities, and access to healthcare services.
This support has significantly improved their quality of life, ensuring they can meet their daily needs with dignity. Many beneficiaries live alone and face challenges such as limited mobility and lack of income.
Regular visits from the organization provide not only material support but also emotional care and companionship. These interactions have helped reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Families and community members have also been encouraged to play a role in supporting the elderly. While the impact has been meaningful, many elderly individuals still require assistance.
Continued donor support will enable Development Alert to expand this program and ensure that more elderly people receive the care and respect they deserve.
