Empowering Women and Youth Through Skills and Resources
Development Alert continues to empower women and youth by providing skills training and resources for income generation. The distribution of 10 sewing machines and start-up fabrics has enabled young tailors to establish small businesses.
These opportunities are particularly important for women, who often face limited access to economic resources. In addition, training programs for over 100 rural entrepreneurs have equipped participants with the knowledge needed to succeed.
These efforts are complemented by clean water initiatives benefiting over 5,000 people and feeding programs supporting 400 school children.
Health services reaching over 50 patients daily ensure that communities remain healthy and productive. Donor support is key to sustaining and expanding these impactful programs.
