Thanks to your generous support, we were able to distribute 9 brand new sewing machines to aspiring tailors and vulnerable women in rural Uganda who are working hard to establish sustainable livelihoods. Many of these beneficiaries had completed tailoring training but lacked the equipment needed to begin earning an income.

Receiving a sewing machine has transformed their opportunities. Beneficiaries are now producing school uniforms, repairing clothing, and creating garments for customers within their communities. This has enabled them to generate income, support their families, and reduce dependence on external assistance.

The sewing machines represent much more than business equipment. They symbolize hope, dignity, and the opportunity for long-term financial independence. Several beneficiaries have already begun mentoring other young people interested in tailoring, multiplying the impact of your generosity.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to continue our environmental conservation efforts by planting hundreds of indigenous and fruit trees across rural communities in Uganda. Your contribution has helped restore degraded land, improve biodiversity, and inspire communities to become active stewards of their environment.

Community members, school children, and local leaders participated enthusiastically in the tree planting exercise while also receiving practical training on proper tree care and environmental conservation. These trees will help reduce soil erosion, improve air quality, provide shade, and contribute to climate resilience for years to come. Fruit trees will also provide nutritious food and additional income for families.
