Last Thursday, February 20th, over 180 school principals were certified to teach Brain Education in their schools. Most of them have been practicing throughout the course of the program and have embeded a fully-fledged Brain Education curriculum in their schools for 2014. More than 80 doctors, psicologists, social workers, and technical professionals in charge of managing the health and profesional outcomes of school principals and teachers, were also certified.
IBREA is in the process of preparing, together with the Salvadorian Ministry of Education and the ISBM (Instituto Salvadoreño de Bienestar Magisterial - the institution taking care of educators' holistic health) the next phase of Brain Education in the country, reaching another group of 200+ people accross all the 14 Departments.
Both institutions have made commitments to institutionalize Brain Education and make it part of their yearly programming moving forward.
We are grateful for your contribution always. We invite you to keep being a part of this dream to bring the benefits of Brain Education to educators, health professionals and government officials and the young future generations they take care of in El Salvador.
