The construction of the Swimming Pool for Peace in Distrito Italia is at its final stage. We plan the opening ceremony by the beginning of October of this year. The community is so happy and hopeful. They could experience the joy of creating something together and found peace in the process. To help the fundraising, Laura went to Korea in May. She toured the country sharing her experience with Brain Education and inspired many people to help her community through the Swimming Pool for Peace.
The Swimming Pool for Peace needs a lot of help to finalize by October. For the time being, the construction risks being paralyzed because of lack of funds. Please encourage your friends, colleagues, family members to make their contribution TODAY with just a few clicks here online!
We also want to share with you the good news about the expansion of Brain Education in the country! Thanks to a grant received from the Ministry of Education in Korea, an IBREA team including members from our partner organization, the Global Cyber University in Korea, will go back to El Salvador by the end of this month to continue with the education in Distrito Italia and start in 3 new schools in San Salvador who share similar problems to Distrito Italia. For the expansion, we are upgrading our education materials in Spanish and we are also developing a tailored research to upscale the way we measure the impact of Brain Education.
Thank you for your engagement!!! We will keep sending good news from the field!
