The project to build a much needed community center in an area of Nassau, Bahamas continues. However, due to high costs we have decided to utilize existing structures for the time being and run new programs for the children with a long-term goal of building a new center for the youth. We just recently funded a young girl from the community to attend an international track meet she qualified for in Orlando, FL and we are currently working on supplying at least 100 children with a new backpack and school supplies for the next school year.
All funds donated through this project site will go into a special fund for the eventual construction of a new center. Thank you for supporting this initiative.
