Dear Sponsor,
El Shaddai’s programme to provide education and support to thousand vulnerable children focuses on creating opportunities for learning, safety, protection, and a better future. Education gives children the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to avoid exploitation and build a life of dignity and hope.
During the reporting period, El Shaddai continued to support vulnerable children by providing access to education, nutritious meals, healthcare, emotional support, counselling, and individual care. A safe and caring environment helps children remain in education and protects them from situations where they may be exposed to exploitation, abuse, or neglect.
The programme also focuses on life skills, awareness, and personal development. Children are encouraged to attend school regularly, develop confidence, understand their rights, and learn how to make safe and positive choices. Education helps children recognise their potential and opens pathways to further studies, employment, and independence.
El Shaddai also places strong importance on helping children develop confidence and a positive outlook towards life. Through recreational activities, creative learning, sports, friendships, and mentoring, children are given opportunities to express themselves, discover their talents, and develop important social and life skills.
El Shaddai works with families, caregivers, schools, community networks, and appropriate support services to help ensure that children remain safe and continue their education. By addressing barriers to education and providing consistent support, we help children stay connected to learning and reduce their vulnerability to exploitation.
Through this work, El Shaddai aims to provide more than education alone. We seek to give 1,000 children the safety, support, knowledge, confidence, and opportunities they need to build a brighter future. Education can help break the cycle of poverty and exploitation by giving children the tools to make informed choices and become confident, independent young adults.
Education is more than learning; it is protection, empowerment, and a pathway to a safer future.
With gratitude,
The El Shaddai Family!
