Support Needed: Help Keep Children in School

By Zachery Onyango | Project Leader

Dear Supporter,

Warm greetings from Development Alert.

We are writing to seek your continued support in helping vulnerable children stay in school by providing them with essential scholastic materials.

The Challenge
Many children in the communities we serve are eager to learn but lack basic school supplies such as books, pens, uniforms, and bags. Without these necessities, they struggle to keep up in class — and some are forced to drop out altogether.

Our Mission
At Development Alert, we are committed to removing barriers to education. Through this initiative, we continue to equip school children with the materials they need to learn confidently and remain in school.

What We Provide

  • Exercise books and textbooks
  • Pens, pencils, and school supplies
  • School bags and uniforms
  • Other essential learning materials

Why This Matters
Access to scholastic materials:

  • Improves participation and performance in class
  • Boosts confidence and dignity among students
  • Reduces absenteeism and dropout rates
  • Helps children stay focused on their education

How You Can Help
We invite you to partner with us:

  • Donate funds to support the purchase of materials
  • Sponsor a child’s school kit
  • Contribute supplies or resources
  • Share this appeal with your network

Every Contribution Makes a Difference
Your support will empower children to stay in school, pursue their dreams, and build a better future.

If you would like to contribute or learn more, please reply to this email or contact us directly.

Thank you for standing with us and investing in the future of our children.

With gratitude,
Development Alert
