Dear Sponsors,

I trust you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Valentine's Day. We thank you for donating and supporting us in our endeavors . Your contribution has made a significant difference in the lives of our students. For students, like Sabrina W, your contributions allowed her to press towards excellence and achieve it. With your monetary assistance we were able to support Sabrina as she navigated completing her 11th grade high school exams. We are proud to announce that Sabrina, who was once a struggling student a few months prior to her exams, in June and July, 2024, passed 8 subjects with 6 * A's and 2 * B's. She is now in grade 12 preparing for college.

With your last contribution of $434.48 in August 2024 for the Back Black campaign we were able to purchase school bags and supplies for approximately 32 students in the USA, Africa, and the Caribbean combined.

As you may already know, last year, we hosted a gala. After our gala in April 2024, we were preparing for our first "New Beginnings" symposium where we planned to take our students and their parents from the USA, Barbados, Jamaica, Kenya, and Trinidad to Buffalo, New York to present their work. This was supposed to be a fun-filled experience of a lifetime for all of us. However, we were shattered to find out that we were not going to be able to implement our summer program because of an imposter. Yes, you heard me, we found out an imposter has been pretending to be us, solicited and retrieved funding in our name, IlluminXation Inc. Their actions have not only impacted our immediate ability to implement our "New Beginnings" program, but it has also impacted our ability to send purchased school supplies to our Kenyan students. Long-term we declare we are overcomers!

During this GlobalGiving Little By Little Campaign, March, 25 - 28, 2025 we request your support and partnership to pursue and recover all! Our goal is to help our students unlock their full potential and discover their GENIUS (TM).

We Are Sincerely Grateful!

Dear Donor,

I hope this message finds you well. As we enter another promising year, I am filled with immense gratitude and excitement to share the extraordinary milestones IlluminXation Inc has achieved as part of our partnership in the GlobalGiving community.

In the past year, we've witnessed the true power of collective action. Together, the community raised an astonishing $112M, supporting diverse causes in 8,459 charitable projects across 168 countries, including our two projects 1-Help 500 USA Students Excel in STEAM (#59215) and 2-Help 500 African/Carib'n Students XL in STEAM (#59225). Your heartfelt generosity made it possible for us to receive donations from 22 donors in the amount of $1,585 with an additional $554 driven by GlobalGiving leaving us with $2,139 2023. There were additional grants, funds, and prizes received amounting to $1,553 leaving us with a total from GlobalGiving $3,426. Last year was exciting in that we received acknowledgements for Outstanding Leadership in Education from Education 2.0, and from our website for the many lives we have touched. Most importantly, we were able to provide our students with food, travel, tablets, data bundles, tutoring, trips to the Lego Fest and the Play Museum. This remarkable progress towards achieving our mission to illuminate the minds of the next generation causing them to excel in their endeavors has been aided in thanks to our involvement in the GlobalGiving community and the generous peers and donors we’ve found within it.

Your Donation was Impactful!

Dear Donor,

IlluminXation is an affordable non-profit learning center, that operates remotely / hybrid through New York State. We illuminate the minds of the next generation of students through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) lessons, and we steer them toward STEAM careers, particularly related to healthcare. Our fundamental purpose is to provide services for low income, high needs students within the community, especially those struggling in school.

IlluminXation Inc is a charity that helps students unlock their full potential, discover their GENIUS and excel in their studies. During the period from April 1st to September 30th, 2023, the organization raised $2,686 through fundraising on GlobalGiving. Please see the attached infographic for a synopsis of our activities and a report in pictures!

The funds were used for two projects, namely 'Help 500 USA Students Excel in STEAM' (Project 59215) and 'Help 500 African & Carib'n Students Excel in STEAM' (Project 59225).
As a result, 34 children from the USA, Caribbean, and Africa benefitted from enrichment activities and resources provided by the organization.
30 partial scholarships were awarded to students from low-income communities to boost their academic performance.
19 students also received data bundles for 24 weeks of online learning, which enhanced their learning experience.
The collected donations totaling $2,686 (from April 2023, little by little; August 2023, back black; and September 2023, little by little) were used to cover essential costs, including school supplies, art supplies, farming supplies, teaching materials, 5 tablets, personnel, travel, food, and administrative costs.
