Dear Supporters,
We always consider it a pleasure when we welcome you to a session of accountability through reporting. This program or project focus helping 300 internally displaced women who are victims of the ongoing Anglophone crisis/war in the North west and South West regions of Cameroon, to start up small poultry farm businesses.
We regretably bring to your notice that this project has not yet commerce to it full capacity due to lack of finance; as we haven’t received any donations or funding for the project.
As reminder, the project's goal of provide a source of livelihood for these 300 women and long term impact of enhancing food security by ensuring a stable source of protein, reduce poverty through income generation, take out some women from the streets who are prostitutes, empower women economically and socially.
Additionally, it will foster community resilience and contribute to the local economy's revival amidst the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon.
Nevertheless, we are still optimistic and looking forward to donations and other funding opportunities to help us begin work around the project and put efforts in seeing that the future of women and young women is safe, secured, promising.
