Thank you for helping more unpaid carers participate in activities!

You recently generously donated to our project to 'Help 250 Unpaid Carers Participate in Activities'.

With the funds raised so far, 23 carers could enjoy a themed crafting session, so we've made a great start!

The amount raised could alternatively enable 12 carers to take part in a bespoke health and wellbeing training session.

These training sessions prove invaluable help, with carers who have had the opportunity to take part in them in the past saying:

"I loved the exercises we did after the sessions. I found them very uplifting and postitive."

"It made me feel good to go out and meet others. It was some fun for myself."

"Through all the unpleasant experiences that I am having, I find myself stronger and taking action by caring for myself."

The funds already raised could otherwise enable us to run a number of IT training groups for carers, helping to equip them with vital skills in this ever more digital world.

Thank you again for supporting this project.

It will help make a real difference to people who spend so much of their time looking after others.

We look forward to updating you on progress with this project in our next report.
