After the adaptation period, which in early childhood can take more than a month, our classrooms began implementing their educational projects in April. These projects are designed by the lead teacher in close collaboration with the team of educators, ensuring that activities respond to the needs, interests, and developmental stages of each child.
The learning experiences developed throughout the year are diverse and address different areas of child development. Some of the key activities include:
Symbolic Play
We actively promote symbolic play, which allows children to represent reality through symbols and imagination. By imitating everyday situations and assigning new meanings to common objects, children strengthen their cognitive, emotional, and social skills. We view this type of play as a cornerstone of healthy early childhood development.
Heuristic Play
Children also participate in heuristic play, a structured exploration activity that encourages discovery and investigation. Through direct interaction with everyday, unstructured materials, children learn about the properties of objects, develop curiosity, and build problem-solving skills through hands-on experiences.
Artistic Expression Activities
Creative and sensory exploration is fostered through a variety of art activities. These experiences provide children with opportunities to express themselves freely while supporting their emotional, cognitive, and motor development.
Outdoor Learning
Outdoor activities continue to be an essential part of our educational approach. These spaces offer valuable opportunities for exploration, movement, and social interaction, while also contributing to children's physical health and overall well-being.
Thanks to your support, we are creating safe, stimulating environments where children can learn, explore, and grow through meaningful experiences during these crucial early years of life.
Thank you for helping us nurture the potential of every child.
