Project Report | Mar 14, 2023
Thank you for supporting us for almost three month

By Abihudi Kinyamgala | Project Leader

Dear Donor and Stakeholder, we are very happy to thank you very much for all the support that you have provided so far for our sustainable agriculture practice in Tanzania mainland. Thank you for proceeding helping youth engage in sustainable agriculture to overcome unemployment problem. During about three months, since we shared this project with you as our donor and stakeholder, we managed to keep establishing crop rotation idea in groups we established like Jitume kwa kilimo group. During this period, we managed to sensitize our fellow organization of Joint People Development Organization (JOPEDO) to engage in gardens. We hope through your support we can reach to the cultivation through irrigation technology in rural area by sustainable agriculture and horticulture training, using moneymaker pumps as irrigation technology to be distributed to youth and women in groups. We need ongoing funds for the regular sensitize, mobilize, train and grouping youth and women to practice sustainable agriculture. The ongoing activities require maximum care and supervision to make sure that irrigation technology is used especially during dry season. It is possible to cultivate throughout the year if we can be able to obtain more money to buy irrigation tools since there are many water sources around our societies. Water is needed for proper implementation of sustainable agriculture, so we need fund to prepare some irrigation techniques along our site area for every woman or youth group during dry season, that is why we are on need of more fund to make sure those activities go well as planned. We request you to donate generously to our project so that we can keep working and achieve our goals. You could also consider doing a monthly recurring donation for our project and even share these needs with your friends, colleagues, institutions, companies or your family, which will help us with our ongoing work. We thank you for what you have done to help us reach this stage of project implementation, what you have given us is very useful to enable us continue implement this project and we really wish to find many others who will do the same as you and if you like to have this contribution every month or increase it so that we can continue this project with great efficiency and finish it on time, you can keep donate and share this project through the link below:
