Summary
Over the past three months, Sistema Cyprus has continued to deliver free, inclusive music education to children and young people in Nicosia and Larnaca. Through orchestral training and ensemble participation, children from diverse backgrounds—including migrants and refugees—have developed musical, social, and personal skills.
This period was marked by major public performances, programme continuity, and expanded international volunteering opportunities, all contributing to stronger community engagement and increased impact.
What Happened This Period
Concerts and Public Performances
A key highlight of this reporting period has been our “Crossing Paths” concert series, showcasing the growth, dedication, and progress of our young musicians.
This upcoming concert will feature our Beginner and Junior Orchestras, who have been working consistently over the past months to develop their skills and confidence.
These performances are more than concerts—they are milestones. Each rehearsal, each note, and each child represents progress, commitment, and transformation.
