Help Rural Women Start Income Generating Projects

Dear Friends,

Thank yo so much for your continued support of this project. Our vision to restore dignity and hope to disadvantaged women in these rural areas and to empower them to live up to their full potential has become a reality. The chicken project is a big success. The lives of six women who are participating in this project have been transformed. With the money they raise from selling the chickens they are able to support their children and grand children. Here is what the women had to say:

"Our chicken project is very successful. The profit we made from selling the chickens has helped us support our children. We thank you so much.  We have now purchased our third batch of chicks. Our plan is to build a bigger chicken coop with several compartments. This way we dont have to wait until we have sold all the chickens inorder for us  to purchace the next batch. We will place the new chicks in one compartment and put the older chickens in another compartment. We also plan on raising egg laying chickens. We are very grateful to you for giving us the funds to start this project. We take this project very seriously. We feel very fortunate to have been chosen among many women in this village to be the ones to participate in this project. We pray that God will bless you for your kindness."
