We are please to report that the project is in full swing. People are excited about the project and they have started harvesting and selling the mushrooms.
However, even though the project is in full swing we still have a lot of obstacles to overcome. We dont have enough funds to pay for the water being used to water the mushrooms. We also need to purchase a refrigerator and the rooms they are using to grow the mushrooms need to be renovated.
This project will really benefit this area. Mushrooms provide more than just taste and texture to food, they provide high nutirional value. This area has been hardly hit by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. People living with HIV/AIDS will benefit greatly by including mushrooms in their diet.
Please help us make this project a success.
