A patient came to us with a completely edentulous upper and lower arch—he had lost all his teeth and was struggling with mastication, aesthetics, and overall oral functionality. His main wish was simple yet profound: to regain the ability to chew comfortably and to smile with confidence again.
We began his journey toward restoration with a carefully planned complete denture treatment. The process started with primary impressions of both jaws using alginate material, which were then used to create casts. Customized trays were fabricated to record the final impressions with precision. Once the impressions were perfected, we recorded his jaw relations and conducted a denture trial to ensure accuracy in fit and appearance.
Finally, his complete dentures were delivered, followed by necessary adjustments for comfort and functionality. The result was remarkable—his aesthetics were beautifully restored, and he regained the ability to eat and speak with confidence.
Today, he enjoys his renewed smile and improved quality of life, a testament to how comprehensive care and attention to detail can bring life-changing results.
