Heal One World is excited to share several uplifting updates as we continue expanding our community wellness offerings this season. A new Vision Board and Goal Setting online class is now available, meeting weekly via Zoom with long-time Heal One World instructor Robin. This interactive class provides participants with tools to clarify intentions, cultivate motivation, and align personal goals with mindful practices. The weekly sessions offer a supportive virtual space where community members can reflect, set meaningful goals, and stay accountable while building positive habits together.
We are also thrilled to welcome a new teacher, Samone, who is now offering in-person classes at the Heal One World yoga studio in Mid-City Los Angeles. Samone brings a warm, accessible teaching style and a strong focus on inclusive movement and mindfulness. In addition to these new in-studio offerings, Heal One World continues to host a weekly online Tai Chi class, allowing participants from anywhere to experience the calming, balance-building benefits of this gentle martial art. These classes support mobility, stress reduction, and mind-body connection, making them ideal for practitioners of all levels.
Community partnership remains at the heart of Heal One World’s mission. This spring, the organization is partnering with the Saban Community Clinic for a special Spring Wellness Event focused on accessible holistic health resources. Heal One World is also proud to bring wellness programming to the Altadena Senior Center, offering both Tai Chi and chair yoga classes designed specifically for older adults. These collaborations expand access to gentle movement, stress relief, and community connection, furthering Heal One World’s commitment to making wellness practices available to everyone.
