For 2024 Heal One World's mission remains making complementary, self-directed health care available to all people.In our fifteenth year we are continuing our mission on the ground in Los Angeles at our healthy living center as well as in Lahaina, Maui and at our Joy Dome in Tehachahpi. This year we have new offereings in EFT, the memory code and many mindfulness practices. Seven varities of yoga, which meet many kind of needs and focuses are being offered to make sure the practice is accssibe to all people, no matter income, status, size, backgroud or age.
We continue to partner with other agencies to help promote accessability. We are partnered with Saban Clinic, Venice Family Clinic and Alta Med as well as many smaller organizations around Los Angeles. In Maui we are partnered with Maui Economic Opportunity and The Holistic Learning Center. Partnering is a valuable practice where we can align with each others missions to bring wellness and options to all communities.
We have served over 13,500 people the last year in person and online and are excited for the continued growth. This year sees our 15th Annual Awareness Film Festival as our fundraiser that also seeks to do good. We appreciate your continued support.

Heal One World introduces Maui Resilience Project

He world is moving strong through the fall to being making a difference in the impact in Los Angeles across the globe virtually as well as in Lahaina Hawaii. Heal One World world started the Maui Resilience Project after the wildfires that devasted Lahaina, Hawaii on Aust 8, 2023. We are making a difference by creating space for healing. By offering ways to cope with grief and trauma. We offer free classes like tai chi, yoga, meditation and one-on-one healing sessions as well.
We are moving forward as well with in person classes in Los Angeles we have five new in person classes so there is a class almost every day at the LA studio from Yoga, Meditation, Zumba Reiki and a Sound Bath. We are also ready to host amazing retreats and workshops at our Tehachapi dome. We are continuing partnerships from before COVID, to resume classes with PATH and Bresee Foundation along with Saban Family Clinic.
We are having our annual fundraiser that 14th annual which will begin October 3 through October 9th in Los Angeles with two fundraisers specifically for the Maui Resilience Project along with over 100 films showing at Regal LA live. We are proud to continue with the tradition of raising funds through us in the world. Please join us in the festival event or on a retreat in the near future. Heal One World Spring Updates

Aloha!
Heal One World has been very busy over the last few months getting more in person classes and events in the works. Upcoming is our Spring open house event showcasing yoga, tai chi, meditation and nutrition. We host this at our Los Angeles studio. We have been hosting more in person classes. Our dance and yoga class is very popular as is our Saturday Reiki circle offering. Our teacher Beverly taught at a Downtown LA High School to expose students to the benefits of yoga,`We offered prenatal yoga for the third time to participants in the Saban Family Clinic expectant moms group. We look forward to more classes with PATH and the Saban Clinic this summer.
Our online offerings are still going strong, with a new offering of Zumba both online and in person with Sonya. Michelle is offering her gentle yoga as a new offering and we continue with great meditation offerings.
We will be having some new volunteer opportunities to get outside of the city to Tehachapi, 2 hours north of Los Angeles, where we have a geodesic dome for meditation classes and yoga along with scenic hikes and star gazing.
We are in the planning stages of our 14the Annual Awareness Film Festival taking place in October in both Los Angeles and Tehachapi. Very exciting projects being submitted raising awareness to all of today's pressing issues.
