Today, we celebrate our success in exceeding our $10,000 goal in support of the GlobalGiving campaign “Give 100 U.S. Patients Life-Changing Hand Surgery” from Touching Hands and the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand.
Because of you, we were able to support 7 Hand Days in 2018 and confirm 9 locations for 2019 so far - including three new locations! Your generosity enabled our hand surgeons to provide free hand surgery for patients in their community who do not have access to hand care, across the U.S.
As we reflect on the progress we made over the last year, we look to the future with our new campaign “#ShowOfHands: Help patients Use Their Hands Again.” #ShowOfHands, will bring us closer to providing every patient in need with access to specialized and affordable care. By promoting #ShowOfHands, we will be able to share more success stories from happy, healthy patients around the world! To learn more, visit the new project page!
