The mind of the entrepreneur doesn´t stop, every day his mind dreams, creating new things and dares to make it come true.
Marta, a Venezuelan woman who had to emigrate from her country, due to the economic and political situation that her country was going through.
Her dream was to be able to offer Venezuelan gastronomy by delivery, in areas close to where she lived. She started her venture in May 2019, but due to the pandemic she had to paralyze.
Little by little her clients have reactivated and that she is happy preparing these delicious dishes, remembering her country, her family and her customs and traditions.
The dishes most requested by her clients are: shredded beef patties and pabellón. On Sundays she also offers soups and during holidays she offers special seasonal dishes.
Before, she had a common kitchen, since she lived in one room and the kitchen was used by all 3 rooms. She currently rents a room, which she uses exclusively to prepare food for her business. Today she has a uniform and a thermal bag to make deliveries.
Her dream is not over, she wants to replicate the restaurant in two more provinces and increase the number of options of dishes on the menu.
Don´t stop believing!
