Baseball was introduced in Pakistan in 1992. Cricket is still the country's dominant sport, yet baseball is growing in popularity amongst children. However, baseball equipment is not available for purchase in Pakistan and it is expensive to ship there. Pitch In For Baseball and Pakistan would like to partner to get the necessary equipment to children interested in playing.
To date, we have raised nearly $200 for the project. In addition, we are working with and exploring delivery opportunities with IBAF (International Baseball Federation), a long-time PIFB partner. We are optimistic that we will be able to deliver equipment to Pakistan this year. We look forward to the opportunity to assist in their growth efforts.
Thank you for your support and we will continue to update you on our progress.
