Although many of the fires and environmental crises that damaged Syria’s forests have passed, the land still needs urgent support to recover. Large areas of forests and agricultural lands were destroyed due to wildfires, climate change, and years of conflict, leaving the soil degraded and communities more vulnerable to environmental risks.
Our goal through the Green Again: Reforesting Syria’s Lands campaign is to restore these damaged ecosystems by planting native trees and engaging local communities in environmental recovery efforts.
Unfortunately, the support we have received so far has been very limited and does not yet allow us to implement the full reforestation campaign we planned. The current donations are not enough to plant the number of trees needed to restore these lands and protect them from further environmental degradation.
Your support can make a real difference. Every contribution helps us plant more trees, restore biodiversity, prevent soil erosion, and support communities affected by environmental loss.
Together we can bring life back to Syria’s lands.
We kindly invite you to continue supporting this campaign. Even a small donation can help us plant new trees and rebuild a greener and more resilient future for Syria.
