The pandemic has affected many things, and education is one of them. Moreover, the economic effects of the pandemic have been destructive for many families. Many people lost their job. Therefore, it is easy to imagine it negatively affects the education life of students. Especially the students whose families lost their lives during the fight against the virus and those with limited financial means are the most vulnerable groups to suffer from the possible psycho-educational drawbacks of the pandemic.
One of the primary purposes of TEV is to designate vulnerable students and financially support their education. In line with this purpose, the Turkish Education Foundation has created a fund named Gratitude Fund For Corona Heroes and supported these children and young people with scholarships, online training, and mentorship programs. As TEV thanks to your support from the beginning of the pandemic, TEV has already left a remarkable impact on the lives of dozens of students. The fund created will continue to be used for the students Thank you for your continuous interest and support!
Kind regards
Turkish Education Foundation
