In Nigeria, millions of children are out of school due to poverty and loss. The Special Youth Leadership Foundation keeps children learning through scholarships, supplies, and mentorship. This GivingTuesday, join the Giving Circle 2025 campaign: $25 gives supplies, $50 a uniform, $100 a term of tuition, $200 a full year. Our goal is $5,000 (10M) to keep 100 children in school. Join the Circle. Transform a Life.
Millions of children in Nigeria face the risk of dropping out of school because their families cannot afford basic costs such as notebooks, uniforms, exam fees, and tuition. For many, even a small expense can mean the difference between staying in school and being forced to abandon their education. Without support, these children lose the opportunity to learn, dream, and build a brighter future.
Through the Giving Tuesday Giving Circle, The Special Foundation mobilizes a global community of families, friends, colleagues, and donors to provide direct, practical support that keeps children in school. Each donation level meets a real educational need, from covering school supplies and uniforms to paying tuition for a full year. By pooling resources, the Giving Circle ensures that financial barriers no longer stand in the way of a child's right to education.
By keeping children in school, this project not only transforms individual lives but also strengthens families and communities. Educated children are more likely to escape poverty, secure jobs, and become leaders who give back. Over time, sustaining access to education for vulnerable children will contribute to reducing inequality, building stronger communities, and shaping future leaders for Nigeria.
