Angels Palace Children's Home, located in rural Chegutu, Mashonaland West, Zimbabwe, embarked on a borehole project to provide clean water for over 50 orphans and vulnerable children in our care, as well as the surrounding community. Despite making significant progress, the project was halted midway due to insufficient funding. We urgently seek support to complete the borehole, ensuring access to clean water, improved health, and enhanced livelihoods for our children and community.
The incomplete borehole at Angels Palace Children's Home poses severe challenges, exposing 50+ orphans to water-borne illnesses, inadequate hygiene and sanitation practices, and labor-intensive tasks for caregivers. This also strains resources, allocating funds to medical treatment and temporary water solutions
Finishing Angels Palace Children's Home borehole provides clean water, solving critical issues. It eliminates water-borne illnesses, improves hygiene/sanitation, reduces labor burdens, enhances health, increases educational productivity, and supports gardening/agriculture. Completing the borehole unlocks a brighter future for 50+ orphans, reducing stress, increasing dignity, and promoting overall well-being and development. Clean water transforms lives.
Completing the borehole at Angels Palace Children's Home improves health, reduces water-borne illnesses, increases food security, boosts economic self-sufficiency, and breaks the poverty cycle, transforming the lives of 50+ orphans and vulnerable children.
