Lab to Love – with a little stop along the way.
LAB • LOVE • LIBERTY 2025 is kicking off with the EXODUS Rescue of 10 former research beagles including Abe, who has cancer and needs special care. This just after rescuing two beautiful former research hounds, Juniper and Evie, who are still looking for their forever homes!
This is why The Beagle Enrichment Centre is so important. Not only will it serve to help de-stress the beagles and hounds after travel and on their way to forever homes, but it will also give us an opportunity to offer special care for animals like Abe, who needs medication and daily monitoring.
The Beagle Alliance is dedicated to community building and education alongside our mission to rescue animals after study in research facilities. We believe our collective love for dogs can spark change for all animals in research and simply put, dogs bring families and people together. Dogs foster a sense of community and well-being within individuals and families.
We are thrilled to have you journey with us and the beagles.
Phase 1: Project Planning - Timeline: Current - June, 2025
Phase 2: Facility Setup - Timeline: July – September, 2025
Phase 3: Launch - Timeline: October, 2025
We are still in the process of securing initial funding and funding that allows us to care for the beagles in the years to come.
