PROJECT UPDATES.

By Dungrila Pascal Mbimenyuy. | I.A.A Director/Project Leader.

Integrated Agricultural Association (I.A.A) has been working to address global pressing issues since its creation in 2017. One of the social issues is water crisis in Cameroon. To increase equitable access to safe and clean drinking water for communities in need, I.A.A developed a project on "Safe Drinking Water to Needy Communities".

The goal of this project is to provide clean drinking water to schools, health centers, community settings and more, including sanitation facilities and tools to improve the health and well-being of the vulnerable communities for over 15,000 people. Integrated Agricultural Association has rehabilitated a pipeline in Kingomen village in Bui Division and has identified 7 villages with approximately 21000 inhabitants in need of Wells in Noun Division, Northwest and West Regions of Cameroon respectively.

The initial estimated budget for this project is $100,000.00. However, I.A.A has so far raised $101 through donations on GlobalGiving. I.A.A need to raise $99,899 between now and December 2023 to provide clean and safe drinking water, including Drilling and constructing wells with manual and solar pump to enable over 21,000 people have access to clean and safe drinking water, which improves education performance, economic and health development for vulnerable families. I.A.A welcomes donation of any amount, your donation will make a great difference in our community.
