By James Malinga | Project Leader
Hi
Second term school term holiday is almost half way and Marion will again be going to back to school for third term, a school year has 3 terms and 3rd term is a promotional term, she us reading hard to be able to pass her exams that will enable her be promoted to senior four, senior four is a candidate class, and it's called passing from ordinary level to Advanced level, one needs some good points to be able to pass, much concentration is needed and therefore no need to miss classes due to school fees non payment, illness or any other interuption, Marion is covered as long as she has all the requirements needed before beginning of school term which is less than 14 days from now.
Thank you so much for always supporting her education and we continually ask you to keep supporting her.

Marion changed school
By James Malinga | Project leader
Hi
Marion says hi!
And thanks for your continued support towards her education, she has changed school, her new school is Christian school, she is proud to join a christian fellowship in her new school, Marion is promising to do even much better in the new school, she is in boarding section so she gets enough time to do even self study after class lessons.
The new school has organized a study tour where students will be taken to tour am industrial park in Eastern Uganda and an agricultural industry still in Eastern Uganda, they are expected to come back and make a report as part of their end of term examination as per the new Uganda school curriculum, however if a student has no money, they will be helped to make a local tour around the school community and make a report on small scale/subsistance farming within the community to ensure that everyone is catered for.
Thanks once again for your support towards our programs

Marion receiving some school books
Hi
Last year it was barely two months when students returned to scool when the government closed schools down due to the outbreak of a new delta variant, since then the students have been learning online, the donations you gave during that season enable us print, photocopy notes sent online plus the internet to connect Marion to the teachers and the rest of the students, we are pleased you continued supporting Marion even during the lock down, Marion is back to school, the government of Uganda lifted the lock down and opened the entire economy, most of the pupils at Marions school were not able to make it back to school because some girls got married off and some impregnated during lock down, although the government had allowed schools to allow pregnant girls back to school, most of them could not becasue of stigma. Some boys were also not able to return back to school because they are now involved in some high paying casual jobs.
Marions term one will end last week of April, she is derermined to study, she has got more new friends at school. Your continued support will enable Marion continue attending school even up to the end of this year and beyond
