Aumazo's mission is to transform the lives of young women in rural Cameroon by providing them with access to quality education. Our project aims to construct critical facilities, including sanitary facilities, at our new boarding high school. Creating a safe and supportive learning environment enables girls to stay in school, pursue their academic goals, reach their brilliance and contribute positively to their communities.
Many girls in rural Cameroon face significant barriers to accessing secondary education. The need for nearby boarding facilities often forces them to travel long distances, disrupting their family life and increasing the risk of dropping out of school. Additionally, inadequate sanitary facilities can negatively impact girls' health and well-being, further hindering their educational journey.
Aumazo is committed to addressing these challenges by constructing a state-of-the-art boarding high school. We have already made significant progress, including constructing classrooms and a library. Our next step is to build essential sanitary facilities to ensure girls have access to clean and hygienic restrooms. By investing in these facilities, we are investing in the future of these young women.
The completion of this project will have a profound impact on the lives of countless girls.
