500 Girls Receive New Bikes in 2024!

By Phoebe Nerone | Co-Founder and Board Member

Dear Friends and Supporters!

Happy New Year! We hope you all have a great holiday!

This year has been incredible for our Bikes for Girls program, and we’re thrilled to share some highlights with you! Because of the generous support from all of our donors like you, we wouldn’t have been able to impact the lives of so many girls in Vietnam. Your support goes far beyond providing bikes to ride to school but also gives each girl the gift of encouragement and acknowledgement of their hard work in school. In 2024, 500 bikes were given to girls across 14 different communities in Vietnam. Each bike came with a helmet, a pump, and instructions on maintenance to ensure her bike will last for years to come. Each bike gives the girls the chance to succeed in attending school simply in being able to get there easily, safely, and quickly, versus walking.

While we’re proud of what the girls have achieved, what we’ve achieved this year as a small non-profit, we could not do the work without your donations. There are always girls in need of a way to get to school, thank you so much for being a part of this amazing work.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Phoebe
