The smell of marigold flowers have left the houses of Nuwakot as the major festivities have come to an end. A month long vacation in schools had the girls miss their schools as they are gearing up for their exams following the holidays. They continued their tuition classes throughiut the vacation. They have been receiving the extra boost they require in their studies. As some of them are gearing up for the SLC exams they have been working hard to make their families proud.
For few of them, this high school education might be the last degree they attain as they are burdend with family chores and fear of not being able to leave the villlage. They are afraid of taking the next step in education. Therefore, we are trying to connect them with higher education opportunities and we need your support for that. Every support you give, constantly encourages the girls to continue their education and be independent.
