Dear supporter,
Winter has arrived in Zambia, and while our mornings might not look like snowy winters elsewhere in the world, they can still be cold enough to make getting to school and sitting through lessons uncomfortable, especially without warm clothing.
That’s why this term, through our Sponsor an Education programme, we made sure our students headed back to school with something simple but important: warm school jerseys.
Each child received a jersey in their school colours and size, helping them stay warm, comfortable, and focused during the colder months ahead.
There was lots of excitement (and a few very proud smiles!) as students tried on their jerseys and prepared for the new term. While a jersey might seem like a small thing, for many of the children we support it means arriving at school feeling confident, included, and ready to learn.
At African Impact Foundation, we know education is about so much more than school fees. It’s about making sure children have the everyday essentials that help them thrive — from warm uniforms to the confidence to walk into the classroom feeling prepared.
Thank you for being part of this journey and helping make moments like these possible. Your support continues to show up in practical, meaningful ways for the children in our programme.
Here’s to a warm winter and a great school term ahead
Warm regards,
The African Impact Foundation Team
