Hello, and Happy New Year from the GEC Family! We wish you all the best in the year ahead. As an organization, we are very excited about what 2024 has in store for GEC students. From academic support, the ChangeMaker Programming, upcoming school and sporting events for students, and the microgrants program --- we can’t wait to see what lies ahead with the talented GEC scholars.
We are rolling out a new grant application specifically designed for alumni microgrants. Our organization is committed to fostering educational progress and entrepreneurship, and we believe that alumni microgrants play a crucial role in ensuring the continuation of these pursuits. These microgrants will be instrumental in supporting individuals seeking to further their education or embark on entrepreneurial ventures. Our alumni have proven to be valuable contributors to various fields, and this initiative seeks to empower them to reach new heights. We will be focused on two areas of microgrant funding.
We aim to have the following outcomes from the microgrant funding:
We believe that investing in our alumni through microgrants is a strategic approach to nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and contributing to the overall development of the alumni community. We are confident that with your support, we can make a lasting impact on the educational and entrepreneurial landscape.
Thank you for your continued partnership.
